On Saturday July 2nd the El Paso, TX/Las Cruces, NM Chapter of Camaro5.com gathered in Las Cruces, NM for the screening of Transformers: Dark of the Moon. The members met across from the NMSU Pan American Center at noon, from there we cruise to the Cineport 10 Theaters in the Mesilla Valley Mall to park our cars on the theater drop off driveway and inside the lobby of the theater. The display event was brought together by the chapter and Allen Theaters Inc. for promotional display for the Transformers premier weekend for all spectators coming in and out of the movies and mall for the day. Once all parking and blocking off was completed we walked to De La Vega's Restaraunt and Brewery for lunch and a presentation by ACE Custom Steering for some of their products. After we finished eating and um...drinking, everyone walked back to the theaters for a free screening exclusively for the Camaro5 members at 5:00. After a 3hr. spectacle of awesomeness of Transformers and Chevrolet automobiles we showcase what it was that made the new Camaro amazing to the folks and kids. Once all was done we all cruise to Caliche's Frozen Custard to end the night with some yummy frosty goodness. Thank you to everybody that joined for this epic day we experienced and as well to Kara Young, the Allen Family and the managers of Allen Theaters for making such a spectacular day for us.
