I've been there, even seen my old car get door tagged but a lady getting out of her suv. I said are you going to pay for that, she said I don't have insurance sry son. Now mind you I didn't damage anything against her, just inconvenienced her day. The trouble/time/money I have to endure cause of her lack of respect of other property.
