No. The "allocation" you're likely referring to is the "production guide number" which was only a guide given to dealers back in October of how many Camaros they could expect to see up through 3rd quarter of this year. The workbench system is unaware of this number and cars ordered above the guide very well could be built during 3rd quarter due to various reasons.
