I just took a look at my car and was able to see a marking on the integrated nut of the OEM stud. There is a tiny 8.8 on mine as well. So, it looks like it is a ISO class 8.8, which should be equivalent to SAE grade 5.

Thanks for verifying this information. The replacement stud we're providing is an alloy steel grade 14.9
