We where told that the date on the suspension part is generally on the car about 4 hours after it's been assembled. So that is the real production date of the car.

Yes, as you say adding 4 hours to the time on the front suspension label you get approx. when the drivetrain and body were "married" in the middle of the Oshawa plant before the assembly line turns the corner, fluids are filled, car is started & then inspected.
