I experienced the exact same cel. This is not a serious problem. Oil used in the K&N filter bleeds onto your MAF causing a a low reading which causes a lean condition on one or both banks. The car will run fine just don't race it. Take out the MAF and spray clean using electronic cleaner. The cel will soon go away after 50-60 miles of driving. Don't put any K&N oil on your filter, keep it dry. The cel comes on when the engine is not completely warmed up where a richer condition is required and you give it throttle. The cel went out on mine no harm no foul. Remember the dealer will refuse to fix.
