also to note the D mode will go up to 2,500 on ave befor it shifts and its hestent like it bogs for a sec in M mode its alot quicker on the shifts thus it keeps the rpms down thus you can gain more MPG
it is ok to shift at 1,800 1,900 it will do the same but to keep it ease and to get into habbit just remeber 2,000 rpm and your good to go

yeah i noticed the hesitation that it has while in drive, basically is non existent while using the tapshifters which i thought was cool! when i first did it, it kind of just took off quicker than i expected, i thought it was awesome!
