Problem is, GM is required by law to look the other way. Its not to keep the crooked dealer happy, its to not violate franchise laws. There isnt a single thing GM can do, other than to lobby in every state to get the law changed, which I'm sure they are doing.
I think we all can agree what this dealer has done is outrageous. Don't blame it on GM, because their hands are tied behind their backs. If you want it to change, contact your state's politicians and get them to change the law, so GM
can help. If we dont like it, its
our fault for letting our representatives write the law that way.
