Obviously, Scott knows and has influential people. If I did I would certainly not "loan them out". I say this with the greatest respect to you. His private influence with whatever powers may be are at his discretion and his alone. Any help from Scott, IMO, in a situation like this should be met with the utmost gratitude. I'm sure it is.
