Do not worry about it. GM gives rebates etc and the dealer gives their discount. AS GM discount goes up, dealer moves less towards invoice.
As mentioned above, you might, might get a little better deal ( not taking in to consideration you have a year old car the second you drive it off the lot) as the 2012s start to unload on dealer lots but the 2011 selection will be thin. I prefer to get what I want in color and options even if it cost another 1 % or 2.
