I tried to ask them if their kit came with anything special on their facebook page. They said "it comes with a free bottle of carpet cleaner"....  They promptly deleted my posts.
I love Adam's products but if you keep treating people like they're stupid they will start looking at other products.

I dunno man no one at Adams has ever given off the impression that their customers are "stupid". Their customer service and relations is the best ive ever seen. Oh and I dont think anyone who is used to the quality of adams would consider using any of the other "products" you listed. Just my 2cents...
