Just remember the airbag is specifically designed for the car it is in.
If you swap a wheel you should still have an airbag that will deploy in a crash, but you will not have one with the optimal size of the bag, engineered tethering or venting to make it work well for your car..................and you.
So please consider this when deciding what to do.
