Having the 20s shouldn't really change anything. I'm pretty sure the guys with the RS package are still supposed to torque them to 140.
As for how to use the torque wrench, ask your neighbor if you borrow his, or look at the instructions if you buy one because I think they may have different ways of setting them. Also make sure you set it to 140ft-lbs and not newton meters.
