Somewhere in this forum I read a statement from someone saying to hold off on the 2012 V6 because it has a new engine. It doesn't.. It's a "new integrated exhaust manifold" anyway the argument the person was backing was because it is the first year of production for this new LFX engine there might be some minor or major problems. He said it's always better to get a car once all the 'kinks' are worked out.

So my question is, is he right? Am I better going with a 2011 rather a 2012 for that reason. Everything I read about the 2012 V6 sounds like the integrated exhaust manifold will only help the camaro perform better.
Planning on purchasing a 2012 2Lt in a couple of days but now I am a little doubtful. Any suggestions?
