I have the Cold Air Inductions CAI and love it
, no CEL and no issues. You dont have to get a tune, but I know you can to get even better gains. I know the CAI does not void any warranties. I am adding the ADM scoop soon as well as an exhaust, then I will probably get a tune just to optimize my gains, but its not needed. You are selecting a good combo, I cant speak for the exhaust but I know you will love the CAI! Post some pics when your finished, hope I helped you out a little bit.
