OK...so that makes up the difference you speak of with the car that ran a 12.4. DA that evening was ~1,500' above SL. 1,700' difference in DA would be roughly .4 tenths in the 1/4 mile. This is an estimate. Would need the exact run information for both cars on each pass to nail it down exactly.
.4 tenths in the quarter is a decent gap at ~112MPH. Several car lengths.
BTW - I would kill for -200 DA with great track prep. That is the stuff hero runs are made from.
