While I suppose that has a possibility of working, I would wait and buy from the dealer there (assuming that you don't have to wait terribly long). It will most definately save you a good deal of trouble in the long run, even if it does not seem like a desireable situation now. And welcome to the site! If you have any questions feel free to ask, don't let that dealer (if you do decide to go that route) rip you off or anything.
