I'm not going to promise that I'll find Mindz's post where he explains that ram-air hoods don't really do anything until you are going roughly 150+. But I'll look for it. Basically he explains how ram-air hoods are a cosmetic mod and not a performance one. So you wouldn't see any gain in HP
