Is nobody else noticing that the "resolution" basically means she's now not getting a car? At least not a preorder because we're well past that date. And if she reorders now who knows when she'll get her car? I cancelled and reordered mine a while ago and I still have no idea when my order will be pulled from my new dealer. The solution isn't just to cancel the original orders (which will never happen) but to EXPEDITE our new orders commensurate with when we placed our ORIGINAL orders. But that would mean someone getting involved beyond the point of making a simple phone call to tell a dealer someone's pissed off. If she had wanted to cancel her second order she could have done that herself.
