If the car has to be Gulf spec, there is no way to do it because they aren't building export spec Camaros until next year. Even if a military guy could export it, it still wouldn't be Gulf spec and I think there is a waiting period( I don't remember if its 6 months or a year)before a new car can be shipped overseas and the car has to be owned, not financed. At least, thats the way it is to ship a car to Guam through the military. You would have to have somebody with a U.S. address buy the car and hold on to it during the waiting period, then ship it, but it still wouldn't be gulf spec and by the time you did all that, the export models would be available.
