the rumble was one of the first things I noticed when I drove my car home. I thought to myself "now this car has a big engine!!!" Of course, my initial thought was just that there was so much torque even at idle, the engine mounts were shaking. Since then I learned that it has to do with the more aggressive LS3 camshaft and the valve timing causing the engine to "sputter" sort of at idle (but not meant in a negative way, just the valve overlap causes air and gas that has not been burnt to exit into the exhaust causing the rough idle)
