Sorry to hear it's back.
Sure sounds like a serpentine belt issue because of the frequency of it.
Just an Idea, what's the chance that one of the pulleys is unbalanced so that the new belt/tensioner had no effect but is still the problem?
Can you see any of the pulleys wobbling while idling?
Either way GM's gotta fix it, it just sucks that you have to deal with the hassle.
