Well I got a used Magnaflow resonated X-pipe for 75.00 shipped and had it installed (+ got my MRT's welded to stop them from melting my damn diffuser!
) for 100.00.
It fixed my LOUD problem!
It still doesn't sound as good as it did with just the MRT V-2's but it sounds pretty good. Still quiet when idling or just cruising along but nice when you hit the pedal.
It kept most of the performance but I do notice that I have to downshift on the freeway to get good pick up, even at 80mph.
Kinda frustrating because I never had to before, even when stock, and the headers improved pick up but now I guess I just have to deal with it.
Main part is, it's now drivable without being so loud I'm afraid to hit the gas pedal.
