The thread as a WHOLE should explain. But, I have left gaps on purpose and some omissions in certain spots on
purpose. Glad you DID pic up on a
few of them. The gaps that are left intentionally are there for a specific purpose. We won't know the outcome until late 2012 possibly even later...
