Here is what I did. A friend of mine gave me a set of lights, that measure around 1 1/2" in diameter. Had them pop riveted to the sides and with minimal re-wiring here is the result. I wanted something small for the ports and this ended up being perfect for me.
and yes, they are round, the lighted pic is a little distorted.
