yeah its crazy... she also says they used a stun gun on the guy and they say they didn't so ........ take her word for what its worth ... hard to hide a stun gun usage on a 61 year old man but who knows... there is a definite rift between the police and people of some parts of the city out here.... hard to believe either side to be honest
