Hi, I'm Val, a 34 year old female gearhead. I just traded a 2007 c6 M6 vette for a 2011 SS, I have been a car gal my whole life thanks to my father and my brother. My dad is a Porsche guy. I have had several camaro's from 1st gens to a 4th gen. I still have a 67 with a zo6 ls7 in it with a carb'd intake and a six speed. I didn't think I would like the new camaro! I got to drive one for a weekend about a month ago and fell in love with it. So I purchased the 2011 last weekend. In January, I had a major back operation and metal was placed in my back limiting my bending level making it hard to get in and out of the vette. So the vette sat for a long time. I decided to trade it and get a camaro, (easier to get in and out of.) I still have a 2009 C6 which was given to me by my late brother. I have learned a whole bunch reading posts and hope to learn much more. I will post a few pics of some of my cars and the new camaro. Thanks
The wreck pic is my 2002 Z28, It was one sweet ride. My father was sitting on the passenger side when we were t-boned at 50mph by a dodge stratus who ran two red lights. The car had 9k miles on it. My dad recovered but was in bad shape and still rides with me sometimes. lol
