Camaro as Everyday Driver?

My camaro on order is of the 2SS/RS variety just wondering how many of you on here would drvie one of these everyday. Now everyday for me means 3 or 4 days in a work week and home to work is about 15 maybe 20 miles one way. When I am off generally stay around the house and the town i live in. Some people on here have mentioned having a beater to drive and while the word beater doesn't appeal to me I'm beggining to think I might want something else to drive. I am kinda thinking not at first though. At first i want to drive my camaro and really enjoy it I'm thinking early 2010 or sometime throughout that year if finances are in order then getting another car for my everyday car. Ultimately I want to keep tons of miles from piling up on the camaro, I doubt they will become as valuable as a first gen but nevertheless i plan on keeping mine for a very long time and don't want it dieing on me.

I currently drive a 07 civic Si and it was a coin flip between that and a cobalt when I purchased new in 07. Ultimately I sorta wish i had a cobalt now but then again they didn't switch to turbo till 08 isn't that correct? So I guess my civic will do. I would of been pissed with my 07 suprcharged cobalt making 200ish HP and the next year the turbo variety comes out and makes 260. With that said I could technically keep my Civic and a small part of me wants to since its first car i bought brand new but I think i'm leaning towards trading it in towards maro like I had originally planned, and for the first year or so camaro will be my primary car and then i will look into maybe finding a use 08 cobalt for a decent price to make my everyday driver. Shouldn't be hard I found two 06 supercharged ones last night one for 13k and one for 10k and the 13k one had less miles on it than my 07 civic.
