I'm in FL and as far as I know there is no emission testing and with my current high flow cats I've got o2 extenders on them and haven't thrown a CEL yet (and shouldn't according to solo although I guess it still is possible.) I get what you're saying about LTs and the power and being street legal but as far as I know theres no emission testing here and I'm trying to keep my warranty so LTs are out of the question for now.
BTW I've already got my high flows and this thread was basically just asking if shorties are worth it now or if I'd be better off just waiting until my warranty is gone and getting LTs in the future.. That question I asked about LTs and my cats was pretty much just out of curiosity. Not trying to be rude or say I don't want your responses but if you're trying to sell me on LTs right now its not going to happen.
