I'm expecting my wheel to arrive sometime early next week, I'll let you know the build quality when I finally get it into my hands.

But the customer service level wasn't that great. Several emails went unanswered. Also, order was placed on 7/27 and, like I mentioned, the product is supposed to arrive next week. I think I was originally told it would only take five days to get out the door.

I don't know their staffing situation or if they just have a lot of product to get out the door, but expect to wait a while for your order.

But in the end, if the wheel comes out good, I won't mind the month wait so much. I just wish they were upfront with me at the beginning of the process...made me start to think they were going to just up and disappear with my funds and I would be left holding the bag.
