Check on Ebay. I know a company is selling pre-painted front bumpers. I bought a painted rear bumper for my Accord through a company in Illinois on Ebay. Very reasonable price, and the color matched very well.
Check the price of a primed bumper, and have it painted at a nearby body shop. You'll probably have better luck on a color match.
