It's nice to get acknowlegement that my car's sweet, but honestly, kudo's to the guys out there building their own show car. I had a chopped 49 Chevy Fleetline fastback sitting in my field, then in my shop for 8 years before I finally determined that to restore this car is beyond my ability. I sold it to a guy who IS making it into a show car.
When I go to a car show, $15.00 gets me a good parking place where no one's going to open their door into mine, lots of people come around ogling my Camaro because they had one or knew someone who had one back in the day. If I get a prize for it, yay me! If not, I only ask that the awards go to folks who actually deserve them.

At the Super Chevy show last month, we (5th gen Camaro) started in the Camaro 1990 and newer class , but the judges scratched that out and gave us our own 2010+ category, which was really nice of them to do. There was 8-10 of us there, so we made a good showing.
