i've been showing all years of camaros and chevy trucks since 1995. there's all kinds of car shows,apparently the one you went to was a "good ol' boy" show. was there a charity or fund that the proceeds went to? that would make all the difference.a trophy is a trophy,i have hundreds. no big deal.it's the friendships you start and socializing it what makes it. a "proper" show would have done year breaks and it would have been ok.i've competed against a stock 2002 ss one year with NO tags and a dealer keyfob against my 1995 $40k modded z28 and lost. therefore you do not go back to that show if you really desire a trophy. a lot of times i will park and not register and i get to leave early
