Angry UPDATED: Fed up

Alright, forgive me for the long and rambling post. I'm just so livid. Let me give you a little backstory.

My car had a rough life before she and I met. When they backed her off of the truck at the dealership, they ripped up the bumper cover and it had to be replaced.

Then, there was a nasty hail storm at the dealership which really messed her up-- they had to get a new hood, roof and trunk lid, and fix dents in the fenders.

When I bought her, they disclosed all of this to me. The car had just been painted; no worries. It looked good. Because they don't have an in house body shop they had to source it out but it looked alright. Fast-forward a few days later.

You may have seen my other thread about the hood issue; it got dye-back and was dull and there were circles showing up in it. So they sent it back to the guy who did it originally to have him fix it. For a couple of days it looked great.

Now the paint is lifting. He didn't strip it completely and repaint it, and the new paint got under the old paint and had some kind of reaction so there are huge circular blemishes all over the hood again. The other dealer told me it sometimes takes a couple of days of curing for this to show up which is why I didn't notice it right away when I picked up the car from the paint shop last week.

In addition, on the fenders you can see where the paintless dent repair was done (according to another Chevy dealer I went to for a second opinion) and it's causing cracks in the paint and bubbles in it.

And now the bumper cover, which was painted by someone else, has orange peel and there are places where dirt got under the primer so now it is starting to bubble and show spots on it, too. I'd take pics-- I've tried-- but with my iPhone it's just not showing up.

In any event, I'm absolutely freaking out over this. I've had these issues fixed-- some of them TWICE-- and my poor car is still not right. Do any of you have any advice? The dealer wants to send it back to the guy that painted it again. I don't want that @#$% GOON TOUCHING MY CAR AGAIN. Because he is OBVIOUSLY INCOMPETENT. What do I do? It's not warrantied by GM, obviously, because it isn't factory paint. And I can't afford to have someone else re-paint the entire damn front end of my BRAND NEW CAR.

I'm just sick over this Any advice, guys?
