I think people are getting pretty worked up over something that is pretty straight-forward.

If you want to stop the service, you can call them and COMPLETELY sever your ties to Onstar. They will stop monitoring and collecting data.

Personally, I appreciate their service and I hope I never have to hear them say, "Sir, are you okay??"
