I was missing that part as well when I did my install.
What I did was cut down one of the hoses from the OEM intake (can't remember which one exactly) and fit it over the A/C.
I think the only purpose of this hose is to protect the A/C valve from being banged into by the ROTO-FAB housing when in use..I could be wrong though
