Cop flew up on my tail and started working his laptop to run my tag so I just pulled over on the off ramp. As I was pulling over and he was so concentrated on his laptop he drove on by me as I was pulling over. He made a left turn at the light at the end of the off ramp and pulled over at the same time I was getting back into the lane. I turned left and once again I pulled over in front of him as he was trying to punch it and get in behind me. So I punched it a tad so he would not hit me as he was standing on the brakes. He then comes up to my window and asks whey did you pull over before I pulled you over? I said because you flew up on me and started running my tag on your laptop and I figured you had a reason so I just pulled over. (( I did not say anything about how funny it was that he drove by me the first time and that it should be a safety issue for your laptop to not black out when the cop car is moving.)) He then said he pulled me over “I pulled myself over thank you” for excessive take off from my taillights, I said my taillights… he said I meant the stoplight “I was only at ¼ throttle at take off”. He turns and waves off his back up car and runs my DL. Comes back to the window hands me my info back and says thanks and have a nice day! He was all messed up from me pulling over for him twice. LOL… The whole thing was funny and strange.
