I don't think these cars came with them, did they? I remember my '09 Colorado didn't (purchased new) and I don't remember the Camaro coming with one, either.
But I think it's the same size book as any other GM owner's manual...you could buy just a generic cover for any model year GM car/truck, probably with a Chevrolet logo on it...
