Put away your internet muscles for a minute. I'm not calling anyone a liar. But I'm betting there is some misunderstandings about the subject at hand.
I'm saying based on what I saw of the ZL1 in Oshawa, the dimensions
appear at first glance it will physically match up to any 5th gen fender/hood. I didn't whip out a ruler or have my eyes calibrated, so I'm not going to say it's absolute. All I said was I'm betting he's wrong, and that it WILL fit.
Is it going to be a bolt for bolt matchup behind the fascia? Maybe, maybe not. But it looks like there won't be much fab work involved in fitting it to a 2010-2011 car. Time will tell. I'm hoping I'll be able to buy the whole car one of these days, so I know it'll fit mine anyway if I do.
