These may look like they can be buffed out in the images, but they are bad. They won't buff out, and it also left a hand full of dents in the area.
The dealership (to be announced) will be outed if they don't help me get compensated for the hassle, time lost, etc. So far they've apologized and given me the GM customer support 800 number. That's about the extent of their "help" at the moment. We'll see how the owner of the dealership feels when I hunt down his address and send him a letter explaining my scenario.
I'll likely create a whole new post on this, since it went from a happy "I'm getting my car" to a "Here is my first experience with GM".
And now- for the eye candy... errr maybe not. Probably over 100 scratches.
