APC makes a good spot treater and even diluted I'll use it to pre-soak dirty towels, but for regular cleaning you'll want to do the following:
- Separate light/darks and very dirty towels to avoid cross contamination.
- Machine wash on a warm setting, use extra rinse cycle if equipped.
- Use a liquid laundry detergent only and preferably an allergen free if possible.
- Machine dry on a low heat setting with no fabric softener.
