Key point, thanks for bringing it up. I agree, that's what I miss about my previous vehicles. You're right that the Camaro will have a significantly less number of enthusiasts/owner ratio, and will have a Mustang like following in that it will become (unfortunately) another filler car for most. I do know where you're coming from, and have experienced the snobbery of another V6 owner (not enthusiast) firsthand when I saw his new Camaro in the campus lot. It is a touchy subject when you admire your vehicle so much and think that other owners will share in that. Unfortunately that's not the case. That's why I think it's better for automotive enthusiasts as a whole to acknowledge each other not based on make or model, but for the love of their machinery.
