Mine still doesn't work either. Up until this evening, I was getting the same FORBIDDEN message...now when I check on Chevy.com I am getting a page with the bowtie on the top and a message that says "We're sorry, this page is currently unavailable.. please try again later." I hope this is a good sign!!
