Did you copy the disk that came with it into your computer. If not, do that first. After it uploads to your computer, connect the tuner to you computer with the supplied cable. Open up the hypertech up date. and press the update button. If you do not have the program in it for your car. It will ask you to give them your email address, and they will send you a email when the program is ready to be down loaded from them, thru your computer and then into the programmer.
