I'd like to add:
- chevy did a good job offsetting the Camaro's extra 300 lbs. by giving the SS a bigger motor and by boosting the 2012 V6 to 323 hp
- the camaro's V6 "feels" smoother when revving
- the camaro's styling is new/sleek and therefore continues to draw a lot of attention
- the stang's doors are shorter/lighter, giving somewhat easier egress in parking lots, etc.
- there's more shoulder room in the camaro
- there's more headroom in the stang
- I really miss the camaro's center mounted digital speedo
All-in-all, I'm glad chevy brought the camaro back.
Wouldn't be the same for us mustang owners if they weren't around.
