Anyone Done/Doing P90X, Insanity, or any other BB workouts? Shakeology?
Just wondering if anyone here does or has done any of these workouts?
Does anyone use Shakeology or the P90x Recovery/Protein products?
Just wondering what your thoughts are on them and what your experiences have been if you have used or are using them.
