That sounds like fun!!!
Lonestar's idea is pretty good.
You could also have a big bowl of candy in the trunk and the kids have to reach into all the cobwebs to get to it...and you can have someone hiding in the back seat through the trunk that can grab their hands and scare them!! They should have some sort of warewolf hand or skeleton hand glove on! Maybe have the fog coming out of the trunk too and have glowing eyes in the mist!
