No, he did not stretch the truth. He was misled. Others did not correct him at the time and encouraged him to post a slip everyone else knew to be a track error. The charade needs to end. None of his other runs were out of the 14's. SGOS has given him plenty of opportunity to show otherwise. And it's not his fault. Track error. No magical run. Nothing to see here, move along.
