You know it seems hard but it really isn't. If you follow GTAHVIT's guide to taking the bumper off you can have the bumper off in 10-15 mins. Then just unplug the headlights and carry them in. Then honestly, the putting it in the oven actually scared the hell out of me too, but after the first time I put my first headlight in the oven it wasn't too bad. I say first time I put my first headlight in because you actually have to put the headlight in like 3-4 times to allow you enough time to totally break it open.

Anyways after the first time it wasn't too bad and actually I increased the temp for my second headlight to make things easier and it did. I know it sounds scary but trust me after the first time it's not. You just get the black seal hot, and then you stick a screwdriver and work your way around the seal. When the seal cools down, stick it right back into the oven.
