Did you guys get back any word on the rules for running verts? I apologize in advance if it is answered somewhere and I missed it. I think this may end up being my first 1/4 mi run ever if I can so I'm being hopeful!
Also, If you can post up any other general rules for us noobs in the initial post it would be awesome.
Would be fun to have a "vert" bracket, haha.
